The Department handles both contentious as well as non-contentious shipping and admiralty matters.

The diverse range of clientele includes international and local shipowners, charterers, mortgagees and banks, shippers, consignees, freight forwarders, master and crew, shipbuilders, ship-repairers and suppliers of ship equipment.
