Corinne Wee graduated from the University of London with LLB Hons in 1975. She was admitted as a Barrister-at-Law of Lincoln's Inn, England in 1976.In 1978,Corinne was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of Singapore and she has been in private practice since then.

Corinne specializes in real estate transactions. She has acted for developers in the purchases of private properties and land parcels from the URA by tender, public auctions and private transactions. Corinne has experience in advising and representing the sales committees of residential and commercial buildings in their successful en-bloc sales and tenders of their developments. She is also experienced in the sale, purchase and mortgage of residential and commercial properties and HBD flats and shop houses for individuals. In the course of her work, Corinne has represented and advised major banks and finance companies in Singapore in respect of loan and mortgage transactions. She has also represented developers in the financing of their commercial and residential projects and in the subsequent sales of their various units in the said projects. |
