Pearl joined Yeo-Leong & Peh in May 1997, handling banking litigation and family law matters. From February 1998, she assisted the Managing Partner in supervising one of the firm's banking accounts. In 2001, she was admitted as a partner of the firm. A Manchester United football club supporter, she likes to read and cook in her spare time, and enjoys travelling.

Pearl graduated from the National University of Singapore with LLB (Honours) and was called to the Singapore Bar in 1995 as an advocate and solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore. In addition, she also holds a Master's Degree in Business Administration from the University of Nottingham.

Prior to joining Yeo-Leong & Peh, Pearl was engaged in general litigation and solicitor's work, including trial work. She is currently involved in banking litigation matters and supervises a number of banking accounts.
